4. Monitor and update customer information using company CRM tools to retain existing customers and identify potential new ones.
5. Facilitate cross-selling and up-selling across all product categories.
6. Achieve individual and store sales targets, contributing to business growth.
7. Encourage open and constructive communication with team members, collaborating and proposing effective solutions.
8. Manage visual merchandising in line with Gucci's visual standards.
9. Oversee product replenishment and inventory management.

2. Strong business acumen and strategic vision in fashion retail.
3. Experience in face-to-face customer service.
4. Fluency in Spanish and English.
