1. Develop a comprehensive understanding of Gucci's history and heritage.
2. Demonstrate extensive product knowledge.
3. Ensure the sales floor and boutique are maintained according to Gucci's visual presentation standards.
4. Present products effectively to engage clients through storytelling.
5. Maintain an adequate and appropriate stock level on the sales floor.
6. Provide exceptional customer service in line with Gucci guidelines, offering personalized advice based on client needs.
7. Facilitate communication between team members and clients.
8. Achieve or exceed individual and departmental sales targets.
9. Meet KPI objectives.
10. Participate in alteration services including measurements, adjustments, and managing client reservations, orders, and item receipt.
11. Assist in stock replenishment, labeling, and organization.
12. Possess thorough knowledge and control of inventory.
13. Perform cash transactions and manage the cash register.
14. Apply CRM procedures to expand the boutique's client database.
15. Adhere to boutique security guidelines to prevent theft and loss.

1. Professional Baccalaureate
2. BTS or DUT
3. Experience in sales
4. Experience in luxury retail

1. Ambassador of the brand and its values
2. Product knowledge and sales techniques
3. Passionate about fashion and luxury
4. Proficiency in French and English, a third language is appreciated
5. Good presentation and articulation
6. Service-oriented and persuasive

Previous experience in sales and luxury retail is required.
