- Welcome clients and sell luxury products while fostering customer loyalty in line with Gucci's commercial policy.
- Develop a strong knowledge of Gucci's history and heritage.
- Demonstrate excellent product knowledge.
- Ensure the sales floor and boutique are maintained according to Gucci's visual presentation standards.
- Present products effectively to convince clients through storytelling.
- Maintain an adequate and appropriate quantity of items on the sales floor.
- Provide exceptional customer service by offering personalized advice.
- Facilitate communication between team members and clients.
- Achieve or exceed individual and departmental sales targets.
- Meet KPI objectives.
- Participate in alteration services, including measurements, adjustments, and managing client reservations.
- Assist with stock replenishment, labeling, and organization.
- Possess good knowledge and management of stock.
- Handle transactions and manage the cash register.
- Apply CRM procedures to develop the boutique's client database.
- Comply with boutique security guidelines to prevent theft and loss.
- Professional Baccalaureate
- BTS or DUT
- Experience in sales
- Experience in luxury retail
- Ambassador of the brand and its values
- Product knowledge and sales techniques
- Passion for fashion and the luxury industry
- Fluency in French and English, a third language is appreciated
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Service-oriented and persuasive
- Understanding of luxury codes
- Ability to work in a team
Experience in sales and luxury retail is required.
