1. Develop a comprehensive understanding of Gucci's history and heritage.
2. Exhibit extensive product knowledge.
3. Ensure the sales floor and boutique adhere to Gucci's visual presentation standards.
4. Present products compellingly to engage clients through storytelling.
5. Maintain adequate and appropriate stock levels on the sales floor.
6. Deliver exceptional customer service in alignment with Gucci's guidelines, offering personalized advice.
7. Facilitate communication between team members and clients.
8. Achieve or exceed individual and departmental sales targets.
9. Meet KPI objectives.
10. Participate in alteration services, including measurements, adjustments, and managing client reservations and orders.
11. Assist in stock replenishment, labeling, and organization.
12. Possess thorough knowledge and management of inventory.
13. Handle transactions and manage the cash register.
14. Implement CRM procedures to expand the boutique's client database.
15. Adhere to boutique security guidelines to prevent theft and losses.

1. Professional Baccalaureate
2. BTS or DUT
3. Experience in sales
4. Experience in luxury retail

1. Ambassador of the brand and its values
2. Product knowledge and sales techniques
3. Passion for fashion and luxury
4. Fluency in French and English, with a third language preferred
5. Excellent presentation and communication skills
6. Service-oriented with persuasive abilities
7. Understanding of luxury codes
8. Ability to work collaboratively in a team

Previous experience in sales and luxury retail is required.

Professional Baccalaureate, BTS, or DUT.
