- Achieve or surpass monthly and seasonal individual and store sales targets, contributing to business growth.
- Deliver an exceptional customer service experience, exceeding client expectations with comprehensive product knowledge and adherence to Gucci's selling ceremony.
- Drive individual KPI goals through superior customer service and sales quality.
- Capture and manage customer data using CRM tools to enhance client relationships and personalize future interactions.
- Maintain an organized client book, regularly contacting clients and following up on sales and inquiries.
- Advise clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments, demonstrating passion for fashion and luxury products.

- Ability to maintain regular and reliable attendance with a flexible schedule, including weekends and peak traffic times.
- 1+ years of service-related work experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with multitasking ability.
- Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
