1. Achieve or exceed individual and store sales goals on a monthly and seasonal basis.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating extensive product knowledge.

4. Capture and maintain customer data using CRM tools to build and personalize client relationships.

1. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
2. 3+ years of experience in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service role.
3. Proven ability to exceed sales goals and build lasting client relationships.
4. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
