1. Achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals.
2. Provide exceptional customer service, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge and brand heritage.
3. Drive individual KPI goals through superior customer service and sales quality.
4. Capture and utilize customer data to build relationships and personalize client development.
5. Maintain an organized client book and follow up on sales and client requests.
6. Advise clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments.
7. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience.
8. Uphold security standards for the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
9. Contribute to visual merchandising in line with Gucci standards.
10. Maintain organized stock and adhere to Gucci image guidelines.
11. Follow all company policies and procedures.

1. Ability to maintain regular and reliable attendance with a flexible schedule.
2. 1+ years of service-related work experience.
3. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
4. Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
5. Proficient with technology.
6. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

A minimum of 1 year in a service-related role, preferably within the luxury retail sector.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Competitive hourly wage plus base commission.
