- Achieve or exceed individual and store sales goals consistently.
- Provide exceptional customer service, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge and brand heritage.

- Ability to maintain regular and reliable attendance with a flexible schedule.
- 1+ years of service-related work experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
- Proficient with technology.
- Service mindset with a passion for fashion and luxury products.
- Positive, friendly, and outgoing demeanor.
- Ability to engage and build relationships with clients.

A minimum of 1 year in a service-related role, preferably within the luxury sector.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Competitive hourly wage plus base commission.
