- Achieve or exceed individual and store sales goals on a monthly and seasonal basis.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge.
- Drive individual KPI goals by ensuring superior customer service and quality sales.
- Capture and manage client data using CRM tools to enhance client relationships and personalize future interactions.
- Maintain an organized client book and provide regular follow-up on sales and client requests.
- Discuss fashion trends and luxury market developments with clients, showcasing a passion for fashion and luxury products.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience.
- Uphold security standards to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
- Contribute to the visual display of products in line with Gucci's visual standards.
- Maintain a neat and organized stock room and adhere to Gucci's image standards.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Ability to maintain regular and reliable attendance with a flexible schedule, including weekends.
- 1+ years of experience in a service-related role.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
- Technological proficiency.

- Ability to build relationships with clients.

A minimum of 1 year in a service-related role is required.

Competitive hourly wage plus base commission.
