1. Achieve or exceed individual and store sales goals on a monthly and seasonal basis.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge.
3. Drive individual KPI goals by ensuring superior customer service and quality sales.
4. Capture and manage client data using CRM tools to enhance client relationships and personalize future interactions.
5. Maintain an organized client book and provide regular follow-up on sales and client requests.
6. Discuss fashion trends and luxury market developments with clients, showcasing a passion for fashion and luxury products.
7. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience.
8. Uphold security standards to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
9. Contribute to the visual display of products in line with Gucci's visual standards.
10. Maintain a neat and organized stock room and adhere to Gucci's image standards.
11. Follow all company policies and procedures.

1. Ability to maintain regular and reliable attendance with a flexible schedule, including weekends.
2. 1+ years of experience in a service-related role.
3. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
4. Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
5. Technological proficiency.

Competitive hourly wage plus base commission.
