1. Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating extensive knowledge of Gucci products and heritage.
3. Drive and exceed individual KPI goals through superior customer service and sales quality.
4. Capture and utilize meaningful customer data to build relationships and personalize client development opportunities.
5. Maintain an organized client book, regularly contacting clients and providing follow-up on sales or requests.
6. Discuss fashion trends and developments in the luxury market with clients, showcasing passion for fashion and luxury products.
7. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience and contribute to a positive working environment.
8. Maintain security standards to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
9. Uphold visual display standards in accordance with Gucci guidelines.
10. Maintain a neat and organized stock room.
11. Adhere to Gucci image standards and company policies.

1. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
2. 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience or in a similar customer service role.
3. Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results.
4. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
5. Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
6. Attention to detail and accuracy.
7. Team-focused with a collaborative mindset.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
9. Flexibility to adapt to different customers.
10. Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
