1. Achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal sales goals for both individual and store performance.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating in-depth product knowledge.
3. Drive individual KPI goals through superior customer service and sales quality.
4. Capture and maintain meaningful customer data using CRM tools to build relationships and personalize client interactions.
5. Maintain an organized client book, ensuring regular client contact and follow-up on sales or client requests.
6. Provide fashion advice and insights into luxury market trends, demonstrating a passion for fashion and luxury products.
7. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience and contribute to a positive work environment.
8. Uphold security standards to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
9. Contribute to maintaining visual display standards in line with Gucci's guidelines.
10. Keep stock rooms neat and organized.

1. Ability to maintain regular and reliable attendance with a flexible schedule, including weekends.
2. Minimum of 1 year of service-related work experience.
3. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
4. Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
5. Proficient with technology.
6. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Competitive hourly wage plus base commission.
