- Achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal sales goals for both individual and store performance.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating in-depth product knowledge.
- Drive individual KPI goals through superior customer service and sales quality.
- Capture and maintain meaningful customer data using CRM tools to build relationships and personalize client interactions.
- Maintain an organized client book, ensuring regular client contact and follow-up on sales or client requests.
- Provide fashion advice and insights into luxury market trends, demonstrating a passion for fashion and luxury products.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Uphold security standards to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
- Contribute to maintaining visual display standards in line with Gucci's guidelines.
- Keep stock rooms neat and organized.
- Adhere to Gucci's image standards and company policies.
- Ability to maintain regular and reliable attendance with a flexible schedule, including weekends.
- Minimum of 1 year of service-related work experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
- Proficient with technology.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Service-oriented mindset with a passion for fashion and luxury products.
- Positive, friendly, and outgoing demeanor.
- Ability to engage and build relationships with clients.

Competitive hourly wage plus base commission.
