- Achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge and understanding of Gucci's heritage.
- Drive individual KPI goals by maintaining high standards of customer service and sales quality.
- Capture and utilize customer data to build relationships and personalize client interactions.
- Maintain an organized client book, ensuring regular client contact and follow-up.
- Provide fashion advice and insights into luxury market trends.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience.
- Uphold security standards to safeguard customers, staff, and merchandise.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained in line with Gucci guidelines.
- Maintain organized stock and understock areas.
- Adhere to Gucci's image standards and company policies.
- Ability to maintain regular and reliable attendance with a flexible schedule, including weekends.
- 1+ years of service-related work experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
- Technological proficiency.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Service-oriented mindset with a passion for fashion and luxury products.

Competitive hourly wage plus base commission.
