1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, listening, and assisting customers, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of Gucci products and heritage.

9. Ensure product replenishment and manage physical inventory.

1. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
2. Experience in face-to-face customer service, particularly in fashion, retail, or related fields.
3. Fluency in Spanish and English.
4. Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
