1. Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting, listening, and assisting customers, showcasing extensive knowledge of Gucci products and brand heritage.
2. Advise customers on fashion trends and luxury market developments, demonstrating a passion for fashion and luxury products.
3. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, accommodating diverse nationalities and personalities.
4. Monitor and update customer information using company CRM tools to retain current customers and identify potential new ones.
5. Facilitate cross-selling and up-selling across all product categories.
6. Achieve individual and store sales goals, contributing to business growth.
7. Promote open and constructive communication with team members, offering collaborative solutions.
8. Assist in managing product visual displays in line with Gucci's visual standards.
9. Ensure product replenishment and manage physical inventory of merchandise.

1. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
2. Strong business acumen and strategic vision in the fashion industry.
3. Experience in face-to-face customer service.
4. Fluency in Spanish and English.
5. Willingness to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
