- Build and strengthen relationships with customers, accommodating diverse nationalities and personalities.
- Monitor and update customer information using company CRM tools to retain existing customers and identify new potential clients.
- Ensure cross and up-selling across all product categories.

- Manage the visual display of products in line with Gucci's visual standards.
- Ensure product replenishment and conduct physical inventory of merchandise.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong business acumen and strategic vision in fashion and luxury.
- Experience in face-to-face customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Willingness to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
