1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, listening, and assisting customers, demonstrating extensive knowledge of Gucci products and heritage.
2. Advise customers on fashion trends and developments in the luxury market, showcasing a passion for fashion and luxury.
3. Build and strengthen relationships with customers, accommodating diverse nationalities and personalities.
4. Monitor and update customer information using company CRM tools to retain existing customers and identify new potential clients.
5. Ensure cross and up-selling across all product categories.
6. Achieve individual and store sales goals, contributing to business growth.
7. Foster open communication with team members, collaborating and proposing effective solutions.
8. Manage the visual display of products in line with Gucci's visual standards.
9. Ensure product replenishment and conduct physical inventory of merchandise.

1. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
2. Strong business acumen and strategic vision in fashion and luxury.
3. Experience in face-to-face customer service.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Fluency in Spanish and English.
6. Willingness to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
