1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, listening, and assisting customers to exceed their needs, demonstrating extensive knowledge of Gucci products and heritage.
2. Advise customers on fashion trends and developments in the luxury market, showcasing a passion for fashion and luxury products.
3. Build and strengthen relationships with customers, accommodating diverse nationalities and personalities, ensuring customer comfort.
4. Monitor and update customer information using company tools (CRM) to retain existing customers and identify new high-potential clients.
5. Ensure cross and up-selling across all product categories.
6. Achieve individual and store sales goals, contributing to business development.
7. Foster open and constructive communication with team members, collaborating and proposing effective solutions.
8. Contribute to managing the visual display of products in line with Gucci visual standards.
9. Ensure product replenishment and manage physical inventory of merchandise.

1. Proven record of achieving sales targets.
2. Experience in face-to-face customer service.
3. Fluency in Spanish and English.
