- Achieve or exceed individual and store sales goals, enhancing and developing business opportunities.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding expectations and demonstrating in-depth product knowledge and understanding of Gucci's heritage.
- Drive and surpass individual KPI targets through superior customer service and sales quality.
- Capture meaningful customer data using CRM tools to build relationships and personalize client development.
- Maintain an organized client book, regularly contacting clients and providing appropriate follow-up.
- Advise clients on fashion trends and developments in the luxury market, demonstrating passion for fashion and luxury products.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent exceptional experience and foster a positive working environment.
- Uphold security standards to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
- Contribute to visual merchandising in accordance with Gucci's visual standards.
- Support daily store operations by maintaining organized stock rooms and understock areas.
- Adhere to Gucci's image standards and company policies and procedures.
- 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience, preferably in a similar role or customer service setting.
- Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results.
- Demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team-focused with a collaborative approach.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
A minimum of 3 years in luxury fashion sales or a related customer service role.
