- Achieve or surpass individual and store sales goals on a monthly and seasonal basis, contributing to business growth.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating extensive knowledge of Gucci products and heritage.
- Drive individual KPI goals by ensuring superior customer service and sales quality.
- Capture and utilize meaningful customer data through CRM tools to build relationships and personalize future client interactions.
- Maintain an organized client book, regularly contacting clients and following up on sales or requests.
- Advise clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments, showcasing passion for fashion and luxury products.

- Uphold security standards to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
- Contribute to the visual display of products in line with Gucci's visual standards.
- Support daily store operations by maintaining an organized stock room and understock.
- Adhere to Gucci's image standards and company policies.
- 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience, preferably in a similar role or customer service setting.
- Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results.
- Demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team-focused with effective collaboration skills.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A minimum of 3 years in luxury fashion sales or a related customer service role is required.
