1. Achieve commercial sales targets and key performance indicators, including Clienteling KPIs, Sales Per Transaction (SPT), Units Per Transaction (UPT), Average Unit Retail (AUR), Cross Selling, and Conversion.
2. Build and maintain a robust clientele through active engagement and personalized service.
3. Deliver exceptional client service in alignment with Gucci Service Standards, including proactive follow-up on client inquiries and after-sales services.
4. Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure alignment with global visual guidelines.
5. Engage in continuous learning to maintain product knowledge and stay informed about best sellers and new arrivals.
6. Assist with back-of-house operations, including cashiering, stock management, and inventory control.
7. Ensure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety policies and report any incidents or hazards.
8. Utilize company tools and platforms effectively, adhering to all standard operating procedures and company policies.

1. Previous experience in a similar role within a high-volume retail or luxury service environment.
2. Customer service-oriented with a strong focus on sales and achieving KPIs.
3. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
4. Strong time management and prioritization skills.
5. Attention to detail and a professional work ethic.

1. Proficiency in technology and willingness to learn new systems.
2. Competency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
3. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Experience in a high-volume retail or luxury service environment is required.
