- Achieve commercial sales targets and key performance indicators, including Clienteling KPIs, Sales Per Transaction (SPT), Units Per Transaction (UPT), Average Unit Retail (AUR), Cross Selling, and Conversion.
- Build and maintain a robust clientele through active engagement and personalized service.
- Deliver exceptional client service in alignment with Gucci Service Standards, including proactive follow-up on client inquiries and after-sales services.
- Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure alignment with global visual guidelines.
- Engage in continuous learning to maintain product knowledge and stay informed about best sellers and new arrivals.
- Assist with back-of-house operations, including cashiering, stock management, and inventory control.
- Ensure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety policies and report any incidents or hazards.
- Utilize company tools and platforms effectively, adhering to all standard operating procedures and company policies.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a high-volume retail or luxury service environment.
- Customer service-oriented with a strong focus on sales and achieving KPIs.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Attention to detail and a professional work ethic.
- Proficiency in technology and willingness to learn new systems.
- Competency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in a high-volume retail or luxury service environment is required.
