Gucci Client Advisor

- Achieve all commercial sales targets and key performance indicators, including Clienteling KPIs, Sales Per Transaction (SPT), Units Per Transaction (UPT), Average Unit Retail (AUR), Cross Selling, and Conversion.
- Develop and maintain a robust clientele through active engagement and personalized service.
- Deliver exceptional client service in line with Gucci Service Standards, ensuring regular communication and follow-up on client inquiries and after-sales services.
- Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to maintain store aesthetics in accordance with Worldwide Visual Guidelines.
- Engage in continuous learning to enhance product knowledge and stay informed about best sellers and new arrivals.
- Assist with back-of-house operations, including cashiering, inventory management, and stock replenishment.
- Ensure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety policies and report any incidents or hazards.
- Utilize company tools and applications efficiently and adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures and company policies.
- Previous experience in a high-volume retail or service-based environment, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Customer service-oriented with a strong focus on sales and exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management and prioritization abilities.
- Attention to detail and professional work ethic.
- Technological proficiency and adaptability to new technologies.
Experience in a similar role within a luxury retail environment is preferred.
