1. Meet and exceed commercial sales targets and KPIs, including Clientelling KPIs, Sales Per Transaction, Units Per Transaction, Average Unit Retail, Cross Selling, and Conversion.
2. Develop and maintain a robust clientele through active engagement and communication, adhering to Gucci Service Standards.
3. Provide personalized client service, anticipating client needs and offering brand insights and alternatives.
4. Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure alignment with Worldwide Visual Guidelines.
5. Engage in continuous learning to maintain product knowledge and stay informed about best sellers and new arrivals.
6. Assist with back-of-house operations, including cashiering, inventory management, and stock replenishment.
7. Ensure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety policies, reporting incidents and hazards as required.
8. Utilize company tools and platforms effectively, adhering to all Standard Operating Procedures and company policies.

1. Previous experience in a similar role within a high-volume retail or luxury service industry.
2. Customer service-oriented with a focus on sales and achieving KPIs.
3. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
4. Strong time management and prioritization skills.
5. Attention to detail and a professional work ethic.

1. Proficiency in technology and willingness to learn new systems.
2. Competency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
3. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Experience in high-volume retail or luxury service environments is preferred.
