1. Drive and achieve individual and team KPIs, including sales targets, client outreaches, average ticket, NPS, and conversion rate.
2. Engage with clients and build long-term relationships using various clienteling tools to cultivate brand loyalty.
3. Participate in ongoing product knowledge and sales training modules both in-person and virtually through the Gucci Retail Training portal.
4. Support the back of house team with cycle count and stock take processes as required.

1. Full availability across Monday to Sunday.
2. Previous experience in luxury retail is advantageous.
