1. Achieve individual and team KPIs, including sales targets, client outreach, average ticket, NPS, and conversion rate.
2. Engage with clients to build long-term relationships and cultivate brand loyalty using various clienteling tools.
3. Participate in ongoing product knowledge and sales training modules both in-person and virtually through the Gucci Retail Training portal.
4. Support the back-of-house team with cycle count and stock take processes as required.

1. Full availability across Monday to Sunday.
2. Previous experience in luxury retail is advantageous.
3. A passion for delivering exceptional service and acting as a brand ambassador.
4. Ability to work collaboratively to achieve store targets and KPIs.
5. Energetic and positive attitude.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Strong interpersonal skills to build client relationships.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Proficiency in using clienteling tools and technology.

Previous experience in luxury retail is preferred, though not mandatory.
