1. Achieve individual and team KPIs, including sales targets, client outreach, average ticket, NPS, and conversion rate.
2. Engage with clients to build long-term relationships and cultivate brand loyalty using various clienteling tools.
3. Participate in ongoing product knowledge and sales training, both in-person and virtually through the Gucci Retail Training portal.
4. Support the back-of-house team with cycle count and stock take processes as required.

1. Full availability across Monday to Sunday.
2. Previous experience in luxury retail is advantageous.
3. Passion for delivering exceptional service as a brand ambassador.
4. Team player with a collaborative spirit to achieve store targets and KPIs.
5. Energetic and positive attitude.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Strong interpersonal skills to build client relationships.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
4. Proficiency in using clienteling tools and retail technology.

Previous experience in luxury retail is preferred, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
