- Advise customers on fashion trends and developments in the luxury market, showcasing a passion for fashion and luxury goods.
- Build and strengthen relationships with clients, accommodating diverse nationalities and personalities, ensuring customer comfort.
- Monitor and update customer information using company tools (CRM) to retain existing clients and identify new high-potential customers.
- Achieve cross-selling and up-selling across all product categories.
- Meet individual and store sales goals, contributing to business development.
- Foster open and constructive communication with team members, collaborating and proposing effective solutions.
- Assist in managing the visual display of products according to Gucci's visual standards.
- Ensure product replenishment and manage the physical inventory of merchandise.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Passion for fashion with strong business acumen and strategic vision.
- Experience in face-to-face customer service.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to foster customer relationships.
- Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented mindset.
Experience in fashion, retail, or related fields is required.
