4. Engage clients in discussions about fashion trends and luxury market developments.
5. Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships, accommodating diverse nationalities and personalities.
6. Monitor and update customer information using company CRM tools to enhance customer retention and identify potential clients.
7. Achieve individual and store sales targets to drive business growth.
8. Promote open communication and collaboration within the team, offering constructive solutions.
9. Manage product visual displays in accordance with Gucci's visual standards.
10. Ensure store maintenance and optimal product levels on the sales floor, adhering to corporate policies.
11. Oversee product replenishment and conduct physical inventory checks.
12. Adhere to company grooming standards as per Gucci policies.

1. Proven experience in a similar role within the fashion retail sector.
2. Demonstrated ability to exceed individual and store sales targets.
3. Fluency in Spanish and English.
