1. Serve customers in alignment with Gucci's selling ceremony.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting, listening, and assisting customers, showcasing extensive product knowledge and understanding of Gucci's history and heritage.
3. Facilitate cross and up-selling across all product categories.
4. Engage with clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments, demonstrating a passion for fashion and luxury goods.
5. Build and nurture customer relationships, accommodating diverse nationalities and personalities.
6. Monitor and update customer information using company CRM tools to retain existing customers and identify new high-potential clients.
7. Achieve individual and store goals to enhance and develop business.
8. Foster open communication with team members, collaborating and proposing effective solutions.
9. Manage product visual displays according to Gucci's visual standards.
10. Ensure store maintenance and appropriate product levels on the sales floor, adhering to corporate policies and procedures.
11. Oversee product replenishment and physical inventory of merchandise.
12. Adhere to company grooming standards in line with Gucci policies.

1. Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies.
2. Demonstrated ability to drive and exceed individual and store results.
3. Deep passion for fashion and luxury.
