- Serve customers in alignment with Gucci's selling ceremony.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting, listening, and assisting customers, showcasing extensive product knowledge and understanding of Gucci's history and heritage.
- Facilitate cross and up-selling across all product categories.
- Engage with clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments, demonstrating a passion for fashion and luxury goods.
- Build and nurture customer relationships, accommodating diverse nationalities and personalities.
- Monitor and update customer information using company CRM tools to retain existing customers and identify new high-potential clients.
- Achieve individual and store goals to enhance and develop business.

- Manage product visual displays according to Gucci's visual standards.
- Ensure store maintenance and appropriate product levels on the sales floor, adhering to corporate policies and procedures.
- Oversee product replenishment and physical inventory of merchandise.
- Adhere to company grooming standards in line with Gucci policies.
- Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies.
- Demonstrated ability to drive and exceed individual and store results.
- Deep passion for fashion and luxury.
- Excellent commercial awareness and customer orientation.
- High flexibility and adaptability to different customers.

- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Luxury product knowledge.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
Previous experience in a similar role within the fashion retail sector is required.
