1. Achieve individual and team sales and customer targets by leveraging available data and systems to enhance performance and identify sales opportunities.
2. Utilize cross-selling and upselling techniques to maximize sales potential.
3. Create an engaging and emotional client experience, adhering to hospitality guidelines and welcome techniques.
4. Proactively engage and establish strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they enter the store.
5. Combine styling knowledge with product mix-and-match capabilities to best serve clients.
6. Develop a local and international client base and focus on recruiting and nurturing top clients.

1. Experience in a high-end luxury or fashion brand or the hospitality industry.
2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing client relationships.
3. Passion for and knowledge of Gucci and luxury fashion.
4. Ability to work productively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
5. Fluency in English, with additional languages considered an asset.
6. Flexibility to work varied hours and days, including weekends.
