- Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong understanding of the fashion industry and luxury market dynamics.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in client relationship management.
- Strong sales acumen and ability to meet sales targets.
A minimum of 1-2 years in a luxury retail environment or similar customer service role is required.
