1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients in the Madrid Serrano store.
2. Maintain in-depth knowledge of Gucci products to assist clients effectively.
3. Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with clients.
4. Achieve individual and store sales targets.
5. Ensure the store's visual merchandising standards are upheld.
6. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.

1. Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
2. Proficiency in Spanish and English.
3. Strong understanding of the luxury fashion industry.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a related field is required.
