1. Achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals.

1. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
2. 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience or in a similar customer service role.
3. Proven ability to exceed sales targets and build lasting relationships.
4. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
5. Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
6. Attention to detail and accuracy.
7. Team-focused with a collaborative mindset.
8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

A minimum of 3 years in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service setting is required.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

The base salary range for this position is $17.27 USD to $18.00 USD per hour, with potential participation in an incentive program based on individual and organizational performance.
