1. Achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating extensive product knowledge.
3. Drive individual KPI goals by ensuring the highest level of customer service and sales quality.
4. Capture and utilize meaningful customer data for relationship building and personalized client development.
5. Maintain an organized client book and provide regular follow-up on sales or client requests.
6. Discuss fashion trends and developments in the luxury market with clients, showcasing passion for fashion.
7. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience.
8. Uphold security standards to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
9. Contribute to the visual display of products according to Gucci standards.
10. Maintain a neat and organized stock room.
11. Adhere to Gucci image standards and company policies.

1. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
2. 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience or in a similar customer service role.
3. Proven ability to drive sales and build lasting relationships.
4. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
5. Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
6. Attention to detail.

3+ years of experience in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service role.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Base salary range of $17.27 USD to $18.00 USD per hour. Eligible for an employee benefits program and incentive program.
