- Engage proactively with clients to establish strong relationships and deliver best-in-class service both in-store and remotely.
- Provide a personalized, client-centric experience to drive repeat business and enhance brand loyalty.
- Develop and expand the client base by recruiting new clients and nurturing existing ones.
- Utilize in-store technology to ensure a seamless and relevant client experience.
- Collect and analyze client information to tailor services and enhance the client journey.
- Drive individual and collective sales results by monitoring KPIs and maximizing selling opportunities.
- Promote virtual appointments and distance sales to create new selling opportunities.
- Maintain a 'One-Gucci-Client' perspective across all transactions to ensure a positive client experience.
- Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to provide clients with informed styling advice.
- Participate in store operations, including stock maintenance and inventory management.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, focusing on loss prevention and operational excellence.
- 2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with a proven track record.
- Ability to drive and exceed individual and store results.
- High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Deep knowledge and passion for fashion and luxury.
- Excellent commercial awareness and client-focused attitude.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Adaptability to different clients and complex situations.
- Proficiency in using in-store technology for client engagement.
A minimum of 2 years in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service role, demonstrating an excellent track record.
A competitive base salary ranging from $17.27 USD to $18.00 USD per hour, with eligibility for an incentive program based on individual and organizational performance.
