- Achieve or exceed individual and store sales goals on a monthly and seasonal basis.
- Provide exceptional customer service, exceeding client expectations and demonstrating extensive knowledge of Gucci products and heritage.
- Drive individual KPI goals by ensuring the highest level of customer service and sales quality.
- Capture meaningful customer data using CRM tools to build relationships and personalize future client interactions.
- Maintain an organized client book, regularly contacting clients and following up on sales or requests.
- Discuss fashion trends and developments in the luxury market with clients, showcasing passion for fashion and luxury products.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience, contributing to a positive work environment.
- Maintain security standards to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
- Uphold Gucci's visual display standards and maintain organized stock rooms.
- Adhere to Gucci's image standards and company policies.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience, preferably in a similar role or customer service setting.
- Proven ability to exceed individual and store sales results and build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to multitask.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team-focused with a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

A minimum of 3 years in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service role is required.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
The base salary range for this position is estimated between $17.27 USD and $18.00 USD per hour, depending on experience and location.
Eligible employees may participate in a comprehensive benefits program, including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and a 401K plan. An incentive program may also be available, subject to performance criteria.
