1. Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs by utilizing data and systems to understand performance and identify sales opportunities.
2. Employ cross-selling and upselling techniques to maximize sales potential.

4. Proactively engage and build strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued upon entering the store.
5. Combine styling knowledge with product mix-and-match abilities to best serve clients.
6. Develop a local and international client base, focusing on recruiting and nurturing top clients.

1. Experience in a high-end fashion brand or hospitality environment.
2. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing client relationships.
3. Passion for and knowledge of Gucci and luxury fashion.
4. Ability to work productively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
5. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
6. Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends.
