1. Achieve individual sales and service KPIs by leveraging available data and systems to understand performance and identify sales opportunities.

4. Proactively engage and establish strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they enter the store.
5. Combine styling knowledge with the ability to mix-and-match products to best serve the client.
6. Develop both local and international client bases and seek to recruit and nurture top clients.

1. Some experience working in a high-end luxury fashion brand or hospitality environment.
2. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing client relationships.
3. Passion for and sound knowledge of Gucci and luxury fashion.
4. Ability to work productively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
5. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
6. Flexibility to work varied hours/days, including weekends as needed.
