1. Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs by leveraging available data and systems to enhance performance and identify sales opportunities.
2. Utilize cross-selling and upselling techniques to maximize sales potential.
3. Create an engaging and emotional client experience, adhering to hospitality guidelines and welcome techniques.
4. Proactively engage and establish strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they enter the store.
5. Combine styling knowledge with the ability to mix-and-match products to best serve the client.
6. Develop a local and international client base and recruit and nurture top clients.

1. Experience working in a high-end fashion brand or hospitality environment.
2. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing client relationships.
3. Passion for and sound knowledge of Gucci and luxury fashion.
4. Ability to work productively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
5. Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
6. Flexibility to work varied hours and days, including weekends.
