1. Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs by leveraging data and systems to enhance performance and identify sales opportunities.
2. Utilize cross-selling and upselling techniques to maximize sales potential.
3. Create an engaging and emotional client experience, adhering to hospitality guidelines and welcome techniques.
4. Proactively engage with clients to establish strong relationships, ensuring they feel valued upon entering the store.
5. Combine styling expertise with product knowledge to provide personalized client service.
6. Develop a local and international client base, focusing on recruiting and nurturing top clients.

1. Experience in a high-end fashion brand or hospitality environment.
2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing client relationships.
3. Passion for and comprehensive knowledge of Gucci and luxury fashion.
4. Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
5. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
6. Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends.
