1. Achieve individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators by leveraging available data and systems to enhance performance and identify sales opportunities.
2. Utilize cross-selling and upselling techniques to maximize sales potential.
3. Create an engaging and emotionally resonant client experience, adhering to hospitality guidelines and welcome techniques.
4. Proactively engage with clients to establish strong relationships, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they enter the store.
5. Combine styling expertise with product knowledge to offer personalized client solutions.
6. Develop and expand both local and international client bases, focusing on recruiting and nurturing top clients.

1. Experience in a high-end fashion brand or hospitality environment.
2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing client relationships.
3. Passion for and knowledge of Gucci and luxury fashion.
4. Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
5. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
6. Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends.
