1. Achieve individual and team sales and customer targets by leveraging available data and systems to understand performance and sales opportunities.
2. Utilize cross- and upselling techniques to maximize sales potential.
3. Create an engaging and emotional client experience, adhering to hospitality guidelines and welcome techniques.
4. Proactively engage and establish strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they enter the store.
5. Combine styling knowledge with the ability to mix-and-match products to best serve the client.
6. Develop a local and international client base and seek to recruit and nurture top clients.

1. Experience in a high-end fashion brand or hospitality environment.
2. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing clients.
3. Passion for and sound knowledge of Gucci and luxury fashion.
4. Ability to work productively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
5. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
6. Flexibility to work varied hours and days, including weekends as needed.

The position offers a full-time permanent contract with a 4-day workweek (40 hours in 4 days).
