2. Utilize cross-selling and upselling techniques to maximize sales potential.

4. Proactively engage with clients, establishing strong relationships to make them feel valued from the moment they enter the store.
5. Combine styling expertise with the ability to mix-and-match products to best serve clients.
6. Develop both local and international client bases, actively seeking to recruit and nurture top clients.

1. Some experience working in a high-end luxury fashion brand or hospitality environment.
2. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing client relationships.
3. Passion for and comprehensive knowledge of Gucci and luxury fashion.
4. Ability to work productively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
5. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
6. Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends as needed.
