1. Achieve individual sales and service KPIs by leveraging data and systems to enhance performance and identify sales opportunities.

4. Proactively engage and build strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued upon entering the store.

1. Some experience in a high-end luxury/fashion brand or hospitality environment.
2. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and client development.
3. Passion for and comprehensive knowledge of Gucci and luxury fashion.
4. Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
5. Fluency in English and Arabic; additional languages are advantageous.
6. Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends.

The position offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic and prestigious brand, with a unique 4-day workweek structure (40 hours over 4 days).
