1. Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs by leveraging data and systems to enhance performance and identify sales opportunities.
2. Utilize cross-selling and upselling techniques to maximize sales potential.
3. Deliver an engaging and emotional client experience, adhering to hospitality guidelines and welcome techniques.
4. Proactively establish and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring clients feel valued from their first interaction.
5. Employ styling expertise to mix-and-match products effectively to meet client needs.
6. Develop and expand both local and international client bases, focusing on recruiting and nurturing top clients.

1. Experience in high-end luxury fashion or hospitality.
2. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and client development.
3. Passion for Gucci and luxury fashion.
4. Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
5. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
6. Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends.
