1. Achieve individual and team sales and customer targets by leveraging data and systems to enhance performance and identify sales opportunities.
2. Utilize cross- and upselling techniques to maximize sales potential.
3. Create an engaging and emotional client experience by offering best-in-class service and adhering to hospitality guidelines.
4. Proactively engage and build strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they enter the store.
5. Combine styling expertise with product knowledge to offer tailored solutions to clients.
6. Develop a local and international client base, focusing on recruiting and nurturing top clients.

1. Experience in a high-end luxury fashion brand or hospitality environment.
2. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and client development.
3. Passion for and knowledge of Gucci and luxury fashion.
4. Ability to work productively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
5. Fluency in English, with additional languages considered an advantage.
6. Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends.

The position offers a full-time permanent contract with a 4-day workweek (40 hours over 4 days).
