4. Proactively engage with clients to establish strong relationships, ensuring clients feel valued upon entering the store.
5. Combine styling expertise with product knowledge to effectively serve clients.
6. Develop a local and international client base, focusing on recruiting and nurturing top clients.

1. Experience working in a high-end luxury fashion brand or hospitality environment.
2. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and client development.
3. Passion for and comprehensive knowledge of Gucci and luxury fashion.
4. Ability to perform productively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
5. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
6. Flexibility to work varied hours and days, including weekends.
