- Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs by leveraging data and systems to enhance performance and identify sales opportunities.
- Utilize cross-selling and upselling techniques to maximize sales potential.
- Create an engaging and emotional client experience, adhering to hospitality guidelines and welcome techniques.
- Proactively engage and establish strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued upon entering the store.
- Combine styling expertise with product knowledge to provide personalized client service.
- Develop and expand both local and international client bases, focusing on recruiting and nurturing top clients.
- Experience in a high-end luxury fashion brand or hospitality environment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and client development.
- Passion for and knowledge of Gucci and luxury fashion.
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends.
