1. Experience working in a high-end luxury or fashion brand or in hospitality.
2. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing clients.
3. Passion for and sound knowledge of Gucci and luxury fashion.
4. Ability to work productively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
5. Fluent in English and Mandarin.
6. Flexibility to work varied hours and days, including weekends as needed.
