1. Achieve individual and team sales and customer targets by leveraging available data and systems to understand performance and identify sales opportunities.
2. Utilize cross-selling and upselling techniques to maximize sales potential.
3. Create an engaging and emotional client experience, providing best-in-class service and adhering to hospitality guidelines.
4. Proactively engage and establish strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they enter the store.
5. Combine styling knowledge with the ability to mix-and-match products to best serve the client.
6. Develop a local and international client base and seek to recruit and nurture top clients.

1. Experience working in a high-end luxury fashion brand or hospitality environment.
2. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing client relationships.
3. Passion for and sound knowledge of Gucci and luxury fashion.
4. Ability to work productively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
5. Fluency in Arabic.
6. Flexibility to work varied hours and days, including weekends.

The position offers a unique opportunity to work within a prestigious luxury brand, with the benefit of a four-day working week (40 hours over 4 days).
