1. Achieve individual and team sales and customer targets using data and systems to understand performance and sales opportunities.
2. Utilize cross-selling and upselling techniques to maximize sales.
3. Create an engaging and emotional client experience, adhering to hospitality guidelines.
4. Proactively engage and establish strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued upon entering the store.
5. Combine styling knowledge with product mix-and-match abilities to best serve clients.
6. Develop a local and international client base, recruiting and nurturing top clients.

1. Experience in high-end luxury fashion or hospitality.
2. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and client development.
3. Passion for and knowledge of Gucci and luxury fashion.
4. Ability to work productively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
5. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
6. Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends.
