- Proactively engage and establish strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they enter the store.
- Combine styling expertise with product knowledge to provide personalized client service.
- Develop a local and international client base and focus on recruiting and nurturing top clients.
- Proficiency in sales techniques, including cross-selling and upselling.
- Exceptional client engagement and relationship-building skills.
- Strong styling knowledge and ability to mix-and-match products.
- Ability to provide personalized and memorable client experiences.
Previous experience in a luxury retail environment is preferred.
Includes a structured work schedule with a 4 days on, 3 days off rota, and the opportunity to work within a prestigious luxury brand.
